Agarwood

After ordering the green oud and matching butter, I went ahead and purchased the straight up cologne in Agarwood. Very nice smell, matches the oil perfectly and compliments it even more rounding out my scent. Longevity is great. I truly enjoy NBW exotic scents, and the high quality products.

NBW cologne

I ordered the cologne in both king oud and royal oud, this is the perfect way to balance out the scent of your matching beard oils. I would call the scent strength a medium intensity which is just about right.

Great way to experience NBW even if you don't have a beard!

NBW cologne is an incredible value, and better than anything you can find in a store. You get 2oz of the pinnacle of perfumery, for a fraction of the price of designer brands. Scents are intoxicating and may be even cleaner, and more crisp compared to the beard oil version, since it isn't competing with the natural scents of the oil blend. You will not regret the purchase.

Moroccan Wood

I purchased the Moroccan Wood cologne, oil, and balm so I’ll review all 3 here. First of all, the level of customer service I received with my order is unmatched. Even if I didn’t enjoy the products, I like Alex so much I’d probably keep ordering just to support him. Fortunately, his products are excellent, so I have no excuse not to be a repeat customer.

The perfume this is based on has been out of production for so long that it’s basically folklore at this point. I was excited to try out the NBW interpretation, and I was not disappointed. The oil and balm are both very light, absorb easily, and match the cologne precisely.

The scent itself is exactly what the name and notes conjure up in your mind. Extremely realistic wood accord, a little spice, and a little brightness. As masculine as it gets, almost like another flavor or Encre Noire. Probably not a compliment magnet out in public, but very calming and peaceful for some alone time at the crib. My only slight criticism is longevity could be better, but that might just be a limitation of the natural oils involved as I don’t smell one molecule of synthetic chemical here. Well done, Alex.
